Rental Policies.

 
  1. With very rare exceptions, rental events cannot take place on Wednesday or weekend afternoons and evenings.

  2. We are only able to accommodate a limited number of weekday evening rentals each year.

  3. We must receive your rental application at least six weeks prior to your event though we strongly encourage you to send your application as early as possible, both because we can only do a limited number of rentals per year and because rental events can require a lot of planning on our part.

  4. Rental costs vary depending upon the time, date, and nature of your event. We do offer a discounted rental to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Please include a copy of your 501(c)(3) determination letter from the IRS when applying to rent the theater.

  6. See our Facilities and Equipment Details Sheet for complete information on the size and capacities of our auditoriums and lobbies and a detailed breakdown of all of the AV equipment, tables, chairs, and miscellaneous items that we have available.

  7. Our marquee is available as part of your rental for an additional charge.  However, because our marquee is key to marketing the theater, we can only make it available to renters for a maximum of 24 hours prior to a rental event. Pricing for exclusive use and partial use of the marquee for your message vary.  Additionally, we may not be able to guarantee exclusive use of the marquee.

  8. If your event involves screening a film provided by you, please provide us with your content no later than seven days before your event.

  10. If you exceed your agreed upon rental window, your final cost may reflect this extra time.
