SCREEN SLAM: LEXINGTON’S STUDENT FILM FESTIVAL
Who are Lexington’s best student filmmakers? SCREEN SLAM aims to find out!
A project of Bluegrass Film Friends and The Kentucky Theatre, SCREEN SLAM invites Lexington, Kentucky high school filmmakers to submit their work to this brand-new student film festival.
Films selected for SCREEN SLAM will be shown at the historic Kentucky Theatre on TUE, MAY 21. Winning films will receive a monetary prize and a fee waiver for the Twelve Lions Film Festival, The Kentucky Theatre’s competitive international film festival.
And the winners will have bragging rights as Lexington’s Best Student Filmmakers!
AWARDS & PRIZES
Best Film — $300 + waiver for entry into Twelve Lions Film Festival
1st Runner-up — $200 + waiver for entry into Twelve Lions Film Festival
2nd Runner-up — $100 + waiver for entry into Twelve Lions Film Festival
